Curious - did you do con law essay 6? I lost some faith in Barbri also.
yep- equally ridiculous... barbri is great at preparing us for what usually shows up but when its something oddball we're apparently on our own
haha I was complaining about these two very essays yesterday over on my blog. glad to see I wasn't the only one who was stumped.
ok, so i think this is where being a sheep comes into play. If everyone misses it, then we're set!! so if its too hard, remember not to bull shit too well.
Man some parts of the answers on various essays are totally inferential bullshit.
